Documents checklist
- Passport valid for at least 6 months from your travel date.
- Umrah visa or eligible tourist e-visa (we process this for you).
- Recent passport-size photo with a white background.
- Confirmed return flight and hotel booking.
- Travel / health insurance as required by Saudi rules.
- Required vaccination certificates (for example meningitis — ask our team for the current list).
From the United Kingdom
British passport holders and UK residents can usually apply quickly online. We handle the application, so you only need to send a clear passport scan and photo.
From Pakistan
Pilgrims from Pakistan apply through approved Umrah operators. Send us your CNIC, passport scan, photo and (for women under the current rules) family details if travelling with family. We guide you through biometric steps if required.
Children and elderly travellers
- Children need their own passport and visa.
- Bring a birth certificate for children travelling with one parent.
- Tell us if you need wheelchair assistance at airports — we arrange it in advance.
